Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the Braxeon platform and services ("Services") offered by Broken Wake Publishing, LLC ("Broken Wake," "we," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Host, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Engage in phishing, spamming, or any form of unsolicited communications.
  • Operate sites that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Mine cryptocurrencies or operate resource-intensive processes not related to website hosting.

2. Resource Usage

You may not use the Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Services. This includes excessive consumption of compute, storage, or network resources beyond what is reasonable for standard website operations.

3. AI Usage

The AI-assisted development features within Braxeon are provided to help you build and manage websites more efficiently. You may not use these features to generate harmful content, automate attacks, create deceptive materials, or violate any applicable laws. See our AI Policy for more details.

4. Agency and Client Responsibility

As an agency using Braxeon, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients' websites comply with this policy. If a client site violates this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or remove the site from the platform.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement. We may modify this policy from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
